These classes are open for all whether or not you're a member of the gym. If you're booking casually, the fee for attending the class is just $10 per person. Alternatively, you can buy the 5 class-pass with unlimited validity for only $40. Please reach out or BOOK ONLINE.

ANYTIME FITNESS GYM, TAKANINI

Suitable for all levels. For casual booking, the fee for attending this class is just $10 per person for non-members and $5 for members. Non-members can also buy the 5 class-pass with unlimited validity for only $40. Please reach out or BOOK ONLINE.

VIRTUAL CLASS ON ZOOM

Classes from the comfort of your home - open for all ages and fitness levels.

School hours- As Needed

EPSOM GIRLS GRAMMAR SCHOOL

Only Year 11 and Year 12 girls at the school can participate in these classes. Schedule is decided by the School's Physical Education department.

One 60min Bhangra Fit class is organised into:


5 minutes - Mobility Warm up 
15 minutes - Med to High intensity dance workout (with full squats and high knee moves)

Quick 2 min break

20 minutes - High intensity dance routine (with lunges and BhangraBurpees*) 
Quick 2 min break

10 minutes - High intensity dance workout
5 minutes - Cool down and stretch

It is very easy to feel consumed by our daily workload and ignore our well-being. However, it is crucial to understand that cardiovascular exercise is one important component of being a healthy, fit, and capable person!

While you could take Bhangra Fit workout slower, there is always a higher goal you can set to challenge yourself.
